Holografic Shrink Sleeves

Offering this new holographic shrink film, we are world wide the first company to produce a holographic film that can be used in a standard shrink sleeve manufacturing process.This new shrink film technology, using the combination of holographic effects and multi colour printing, is offering completely new and eye catching design possibilities for almost every application on bottles and cans for liquor, beer and beverage products you can imagine.

Our new high refractive holographic shrink films can be printed and converted to sleeves and shrunk

by means of your common hot shrink process, without any changes necessary on your existing manufacturing and down stream converting equipment.

Holografic labels, beer-labels

Now we are able to supply holographic embossed, metallized and printable base paper, which is 100% recyclable, and which provides an ink retention value of more than 80 % according to DIN Standard 16524-7. Our standard lacquer-system for base coating, holographic embossing, metallizing and top coating is completely water-based and solvent less.

Thus the Label Come-off time during the bottle washing process is only around 120 seconds according to DIN Standard 16524-6.

For applications with even shorter come-off time we can offer a specific solvent-based lacquer / paper system. For more technical details please feel free to contact us at any time.

With our new developed metallized beer label base paper we are closing a gap between special design editions (made with non-recyclable and expensive transfer-coated papers) and the requirements for an economic industrial mass production.

Holografic BOPP (OPP) - Film

Biaxially oriented sealable polypropylene can be used in a wide range of converting processes. E.g. coating, overprinting, laminating and sealing. BOPP is becoming more and more important for the food packaging industries, specifically for flexible packaging.

Holografic PET - foils

Polyethylene terephthalate is one of the most common base materials for holografic foils. It is one of the best barrier materials and can be transferred to most of the common substrates.

HRI-Film (High-Refractive-Index)

Our films and foils can be equipped with a special coating. The HRI-Coating guarantees a very strong surface of the foil and protects the hologram structure as well as the foil and it´s printing too. With it´s high resolution and the new possibility of partially de-metallizing you can use it for counterfeit protection directly in your product packaging.

Fresnel - lenses

We also offer a wide range of different Fresnel-lenses for your packaging design. This films can be used to lighten up your product not with a holografic effect, but with a deep 3D look inside the lense.

Individual and customer specific foils

Of course we are specialized in producing security-seals and brand-design for your individual goods. We can grow your own masterplate with a resolution up to 10 nanometer with your brand and logo, or whatever you need for your individual process.
